Maple-Glazed Roasted Brussel Sprouts with True Salt

Golden-brown Brussels sprouts glistened with a sweet maple glaze, their True Salt seasoning providing the perfect balance of savory and sweet. The addition of crunchy pecans added a delightful texture to this autumn side dish.


What you'll need:

  • 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1/2 teaspoon True Salt sea salt

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped pecans (optional)


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, olive oil, maple syrup, True Salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat.

  3. Spread the Brussels sprouts on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes or until they are caramelized and tender.

  4. Sprinkle with chopped pecans if desired before serving.
