True Salt Pumpkin Seeds

In the midst of pumpkin carving, leftover seeds were transformed into a crispy, seasoned snack. True Salt sea salt, paprika, and garlic powder lent an irresistible savory flavor to these roasted pumpkin seeds, perfect for munching on cool autumn evenings.


What you'll need:

  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds (cleaned and dried)

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 1 teaspoon True Salt sea salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder


Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

  2. In a bowl, toss the pumpkin seeds with olive oil, True Salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

  3. Spread the seasoned seeds on a baking sheet in a single layer.

  4. Bake for 30-40 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pumpkin seeds are crispy and golden brown.

  5. Allow them to cool before enjoying as a healthy autumn snack.
